Dear Birthmother,

Thank-you for considering us to be the adoptive parents to your baby boy. We know that this is the hardest decision you have ever had to make. Thank-you for choosing life for your baby and allowing us to have a piece of your heart. We don’t know what you are going through or have been through to get to this point, but you are very brave and making a selfless decision.

We want you to know that we have been praying for you ever since we made the final decision to adopt. We have been praying for the little boy that you are carrying and that one-day we can call our son. We made the decision to move forward with adoption in the fall of 2012. God has blessed us with 3 beautiful children, but we did not feel completion. We know that there is a baby boy that is suppose to be part of our family. Through prayer our family decided that the way we wanted to grow our family was through adoption. We have been called to adopt and feel a peace about our decision. As you are making a decision on choosing an adoptive family we pray that you feel that same peace.

A little bit about us: Sam was born in CA and is 32 years old. Kim was born in FL is also 32 years old. We met in college at the University of Central Florida. Sam study Economics and business and got his degree in Liberal Studies. He loves his job as an asset manager. Kim studied and got her degree in Early Childhood, which comes in handy while homeschooling our 3 kids right now. Caleb is 8 and is a very active sport player. Alysa is 6 and loves being a “mommy” to her babies. Kylie is 4 and quite the little gymnast.

We are a fun and active family! As you go through our pictures and later our book we hope that you will get that same feeling. We enjoy either having family movie night or game night once a month. We love to travel and show our kids new experiences. Every year we make a trip to the lake with Sam’s side of the family. So far there is just one cousin but that is soon changing. The cousins (old and young) love to get together each summer at the lake. We try to go snow skiing once a year; we have begun to give the kids lessons on some bunny hills. Sam and Kim got to go on a getaway this last year, which was wonderful!

We want you to know and feel comfortable with the fact that we are going to love your baby boy with our whole hearts. As a family we pray for him nightly. The kids are always asking, “When is our baby brother coming?” He will be raised in a Christ Centered home with parents who adore him and will meet his every need. We have been looking forward to this day for a long time and it brings tears to my eyes to think that we are almost there.

Thank-you for taking time to get to know us a little better, we are looking forward to getting to know you as well. It is our prayer that you will feel at peace and confident in choosing our family to love him forever.

Love, Sam and Kim
